I hope someone can help. No one knows what I am talking about. I have been looking for years, searching www days at a time.

 

Movie from 50-60's maybe earlier, a husband and wife having problems, I was thinking someone like Cary Grant, Rock Hudson, someone like that. Her mother tells her that you have to treat your husband like a dog. "train them" and gives her a how to train your dog book. She does everything her mother tells her and things are good until the husband finds out what she has been doing and gets all mad. Was very funny, have not seen it since I was a kid. Have been searching for years, my father thinks I am nuts.
