I love Turner Classic movies. If you ask me, the old movies, especially of the 30's and 40's are the best. Straight up talent and not so much special effects is what makes them so good. Actors had to act, and act they did. So many of today's stars can make one movie or two and the next thing you know they are on every cover of all the magazines. They just don't have the talent they had in yesteryear. I was stunned to see all the Oscars going out the last few years to all these virtually 'unknown' actors and actresses'. When they came up with the term '15 minutes of fame', boy, they weren't kidding. I just signed up as a member today and was a little peeved that there didn't seem to be a listing for the previous months films. I miss the titles a times and will discover the film to be so outstanding ( as usual ) and if it's at the very end of the month ( as it is in this case ) I have no way to find out the name of the film or certain actors identities. I saw a film during the last day or two of Feb and cannot find any way to find out the who's or what's that interests me. Am I alone in this dilemma? What's a poor boy to do?
