  1. Here's another movie I am trying to find. Starring George Hamilton, Mercedes McCambridge, Joan Blondell, Henry Jones and introducing Salome Jens. I have a poster of it, saw the movie years ago, but nothing now. Suggestions?
  2. Anyone know where I might find a copy of this film?
  3. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Claudelle Inglish? Starring Diane McBain, Arthur Kennedy and Constance Ford. Watched A Summer Place last night with Ms Ford and Mr Kennedy. They were both fantastic, especially Ms Ford who played the **** mother from hell. I then thought about Claudelle Inglish with Ford and Kennedy but haven't been able to come up with a copy. Thanks
  4. I really like Audrey Totter in just about everything she had done. A few years ago, TCM did a bunch on film noir movies and a couple of short specials, they interviewed Audrey Totter, Marie Windsor, Jane Greer and Colleen Gray. They talked about their days doing film noir movies. All sat around a table and talked. I have them on disk and just recently watched them again GREAT stuff.
  5. Does anyone know where I might find a copy of Cobra Woman with Maria Montez, Jon Hall, Sabu, Lois Collier. Saw it years ago, but cannot find it now. Thanks
  6. I live in Syracuse, but was not in town at the time of the Cinefest. If they ever show it again, please let me know. Thanks
  7. I remember seeing this film years ago on tv. But now I would like to see it again, there doesn't seem to be any for sale anywhere. It is from 1945, from PRC starring Margaret Lindsay, Tom Neal, Gertrude Michael, Paul Cavanaugh. Edgar Ulmer film. Any guesses where I might find it?
  8. I am a huge fan of film noir movies. TCM a few years ago did a month of them Wished they would do it again. Also, on Sunday AM, they had Darkness after Dawn and played a film noir film. They could bring that back again too. To all those wonderful actors/actresses, both leads and supporting, you are great.
  9. I really like Barbara Nichols. Watched and recorded Pal Joey and Who Was That Lady yesterday on TCM. She along with Joi Lansing really make their scenes great. Also James Whitmore. Also have recorded King and Four Queens with Nichols and Jean Willes and Sara Shane. All these ladies have never been given there due.
  10. I thought it was a great film and Tyrone Power was excellent. It's great TCM is showing films from Columbia Studios. I saw this film when it first came out.
  11. The name of the movie is Ryan's Daughter, made in 1970. Robert Mitchum, Trevor Howard, Christopher Jones, John Mills and Sarah Miles were in it. John Mills won an supporting actor oscar for his roll of the mute. Edited by: dickson on Oct 1, 2010 4:52 AM
  12. I am glad they are doing a Fredric March month. Also, like the fact they are having birthday tributes to lesser know actors. Wish they would have a month of film noir films like they did a few years ago.
  13. A few years ago, TCM had Darkness After Dawn every Sunday AM. They showed film noir films. Also a few years ago, TCM dedicated a month to film noir. I am a great fan of film noir. I wished they would do the above showing again. Noir films are being restored all the time.
  14. Missed Blood on the Moon this AM, have seen Bewitched, but never saw The Breaking Point. None of these seem to be on video. Would really like to have them. Ms. Thaxter is still living and I wish TCM would show a day of her films.
  15. I really enjoyed the Dane Clark films. Bravo to TCM for putting them on. I really like it when they do this to a lot of actors/actresses who are not that well known.
