[Gold in barn, "sell your soul" movie]

Can anyone help me ID the title of an old black and white where the guy comes up with a stash of gold and hides it in the barn to use as needed. Eventually he has to pay for the use of the gold via selling his soul. I thought it had Henry Fonda in it, but can't fit him in with a title and the plot.
