This is a movie I remember seeing as a kid back in the 60s, I am afraid I am going to be vague in my expernation, this movie I am looking for the name of this movie, it is about a fishing pier, where guys would pay a fee to fish off the pier, the story goes, there is a young boy, who was aloud to fish off the pier for nothing, there was a huge fish, a six foot barracuda fish, that a lot of the fishing anglers were trying to catch off the pier, I remember in the story, this one old fellow either died, or left this fish rods and reels to the young boy, one day fish off the pier the boy did actually did hook the hugh barracuda, with a bunch of the other anglers watching, the boy decided to cut the fishing line and let the barracuda go. I hope this is enought imformation I gave.
