[What was the title of the one-reel wonder?]

There was a short that played on 4/9 after The Secret Garden, and I didn't catch the beginning of it. It was apparently a very early full-color Vitaphone film with a very silly plot and lots of costumes (and also lots of exposed skin on the women).

What was the title, and what year was it from?
