I'm using a wireless set up, and internet explorer. I can get to the part where the view screen is up and it says opening trailer, but when it says ready, nothing happens. When I click on the play button, it goes back to saying connecting to media, then ready, but it doesn't play. I've tried both windows media and real player and the same thing happens every time.
