I was in Indio over the weekend for a music festival, and this movie was on cable, about a boy who didn't speak, and no one knew where he came from. I just came across it in the middle of the film. He did, however start speaking after a while. It's a black and white picture, but I couldn't really identify any of the other actors either. Any help on finding out the title will be helpful.
