oh I LOVE Father Goose! Cary Grant is the greatest- I think I would consider the greatest "slap" to be the beginning scene of "the Philadelphia Story." Cary grabs Katherine Hepburn's face and nearly lifts her off her feet when he pushes her to the floor. This scene was Cary's idea, and a way to get back at Katherine (in fun of course) for the smack she gives him in Sylvia Scarlett. Very funny!
