  1. I think TCM is totally justified in putting a logo in their films, especially considering they only pop it in occasionally. For those films that are out of print, without the logo people are just going to tape them and sell them on ebay.

     

    This channel shows movies interrupted without commercials--for that I'll take an occassional popup logo ANY day. Thank you TCM!

  2. oh I LOVE Father Goose! Cary Grant is the greatest- I think I would consider the greatest "slap" to be the beginning scene of "the Philadelphia Story." Cary grabs Katherine Hepburn's face and nearly lifts her off her feet when he pushes her to the floor. This scene was Cary's idea, and a way to get back at Katherine (in fun of course) for the smack she gives him in Sylvia Scarlett. Very funny!
