  1. Lynn, you've done an excellent job as moderator on this challenge. All the choices are so staggeringly interesting, well-researched, and entertaining. I think because of all of my personal favorites, and the notes concerning the arrangement of the schedule, I vote for: SANSFIN
  2. Oh, yea. I 'd love to let you pick my ties every morning!
  3. Leslie Howard was in *THE PETRIFIED FOREST* with Bette Davis.
  4. W--Walter is Cary Grant in *His Girl Friday*
  5. IMHO, the failings of this film, which unintentionally make the hilarity a point of view, is that Rand's staunch control didn't allow for the necessary script changes that would have favored Coop's delivery. The luck in all of this film's glory was that sexual chemistry between Neal and Coop. That was the virtue. You couldn't look at those two on screen and not feel it, see it, or sense it. And the intentional mining of the drill bit symbolism underscored both the sexuality and the hilarity.
  6. Or even if they could arrange a voiceover intro. I know how iimportant her foundation is, but I also wish she would remember how many lives she's touched with her screen portrayals, her singing, and her personal causes. Being present or at least providing a voice over introduction would further her foundatin and its causes. It's good P.R. for her organization.
  7. Yes. But I can't figure out how your question came before my answer. This message board is acting very strangely tonight.
  8. I've never seen it, but I may have to check it out.
  9. Ricardo Montalban was in *Neptune's Daughter* with Esther Williams.
  10. Cyd Charisse was in *Singin in the Rain* with Debbie Reynolds.
