"I'm just sixteen going on seventeen..."

I agree with fredbaetz and you, joefilmone...the script of Charade is far superior...but Arabesque will always be a light-hearted romp for me...I loved the microfilm in the candy paper...

Clint is just an amenable mountain of a gorgeous man.....

Buddha got to stay and see the end of this movie....

I would be great to have Angela Landsbury...she could introduce so many classic films!

He had talent!
Teacher: Can any of you use the word isthmus in a sentence?
Student: Isthmus be a word I don't know...

I would buy some forested acreage just so this man would come over and chop down
every last twig. Cheyenne....Cheyenne...

Who would not fork over 5 cents for that cutey's lemonade?

Why, Cheyenne Body, I've been missing you!

How many of us have been involved in workplaces filled with negativity and cynicism?
And yet there is usually one human being that is cheerfully sunny and optimistic, labeled a
Pollyanna, and so hopeful about tomorrow....and yet that one positive outlook can be
infectious, and thank goodness that it is...just please don't eat the daisies...
Even pondering that Doris Day will arrive on the red carpet.....It's Magic....She is our secret love...

I think it was panned and lambasted by the critics, and the script was just not up to par
with the great story from Charade...
Arabesque was a silly, sexy spy spoof more than a well-honed storyline with complex characters...
but I like it.

Sophia had a fantastic wardrobe and sassy attitude to match in that great paring with Peck... and it may have been panned and savaged by the critics, but I enjoyed it.

That is wonderful, Edgecliff, that you were able to meet Ms. Francis.
For me, her Americanized Emma Peel was an iconic role model for girls who aspired to something more when society was changing, social mores were reorganizing the atoms of accepted behaviors, and an edgy Nancy Drew in a hot new sportscar graduated to the little screen...

Well, if he was going to spar in my ring, I'd tell him he wouldn't need those big, bulky....gloves.

"Scrunchie" credits are annoying....sometimes I can't recall the names and need a "refresher"
course!
-
She would be great... she might introduce Gaslight, The Harvey Girls, The Manchurian Candidate...

I really enjoyed the episode with Elizabeth Montgomery (as a stunning brunette) and Charles Bronson
as his adorably gruff self as two people who find themselves in another post-apocalyptic setting...

BRONXGIRL'S MOTHER, HENRY FONDA'S HIRSUTENESS, ETC.

Trouble with Clint was not a scenario I had envisioned...
I was conjuring a more Adam and Eve moment from THE THRILL OF IT ALL., but strolling on his fairway is certainly not an activity that I would rule out...
