According to some here, obtaining rights is just too much hard work.

This thread is not intended as a criticism. It is purposely called a "challenge". Some can't grasp the concept.

So if it's too hard to accomplish something, why bother trying? It most certainly is not impossible for TCM to show pre-1936 Fox titles. Yes, it may require some effort.

It is now March. What month is currently being scheduled? July? August? September?

Too many to choose. But I just recently watched THE SADIST (1963) and couldn't believe how well done it was for a low-budgeter with a cast of unknowns.
