They did show SON OF GODZILLA last year. But it was the dubbed version.

And Chester Morris in KING FOR A NIGHT (1933); EMBARRASSING MOMENTS (1934); LET'S TALK IT OVER (1934); PRINCESS O'HARA (1935).

Wanna see Fay Wray's trio of 1934 Universals...MADAME SPY; THE COUNTESS OF MONTE CRISTO; and CHEATING CHEATERS. These probably haven't been seen in 75 years!
-
Richard Dix for Star of the Month!
-
It's good news. Dolores Costello was a big star (and wife of John Barrymore). It seems many of her films are lost forever.
-
TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (1974)

When can we expect Sullavan's ONLY YESTERDAY (Universal, 1933)?

Generally speaking, I rarely watch extras and commentaries. There are some exceptions, of course.
-
I don't know that I agree with that. For some (a minority), cyberspace allows them to be more honest than they can be in real life.
-
Just heard this last night, from SUNSHINE CLEANING (2009):
"That's a business lie. It's not the same as a regular lie."
-
The subject of cyber-bullying seems to be getting more media attention and bio47 may have been subjected to it...assuming he was real.
-
The pre-release cut of the film ran 73 minutes. What we have is 59 minutes. That's quite a hack job.
-
My initial reaction was that he was a phoney. However, he seemed vulnerable to Snorky's attacks so it is possible his tales were true. However, he did antagonize people with his endless posts (and his illness supposedly sapped him of energy!).
-
Whatever happened to that poster, bio47? Was it ever determined if he was for real or not? As I recall he (allegedly) had terminal cancer but stopped posting because of cyber-bullying by another poster (who also seems to have vanished).

Mark, I bit the bullet a few years ago and bought the box set of all 14 films. They are must-haves.
-
I'll get more excited about this when I see more early talkies (ON WITH THE SHOW), pre-Codes (THE MIND READER) and B-movies (THE SMILING GHOST; THE HIDDEN HAND).
-
The real tragedy is it wasn't nearly as good as THE HAUNTING.
-
Ronald Reagan was bland...the least interesting of the WB stock company. Ross Alexander and Wayne Morris were more fun to watch. So was Allen Jenkins, for that matter!
-
I picture the likes of Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck blaming liberals!

I MARRIED A MONSTER FROM OUTER SPACE isn't as schlocky as the title suggests...this is no Ed Wood film. If memory serves, the weird sound effect accompanying the death of the aliens later turned up on "Lost in Space".

Whadda ya' hear, whadda'd he say?

I can't believe Mae Clarke was unbilled in PUBLIC ENEMY.
