Thank you for the help. I think this is the movie I was looking for.

Over 20 years ago I caught the end of a b&w western. I've never seen it since and would love to have the title. It stared little people in the leading rolls. The sheriff, saloon keeper, bad guys, etc were all dwarves. They rode on ponies instead of horses. I'd love to see this movie again. If anyone can help with the title I'd really appreciate it.
