it's an older movie, probably 50s. It was in color...and I'm trying to remember what happens in it, but I'm drawing a blank right now...

I saw a movie once, I actually think it was on tcm and I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it and I would love to be able to find it. I think it was Susie goes to, or maybe Sally, or someone goes to maybe St. Louis...I really can't remember. I know it was someone goes to somewhere. If anyone has any ideas about what this movie might be I would love if you could just throw some ideas out there. I can't remember who was in it, but I do remember the girl in it was an actress who did plays...but sadly that's all I can remember. I hope someone can help. Thanks!
