Anybody know where IO can get a copy of the Gaynor film, Lucky Star (1929)?

When, oh when will a dvd of this fabulous Gaynor/Farrell film be out?? Also, anybody know where I can get Lucky Star (1929)?

I don't think it is on DVD. I taped it onto VHS from TCM--it is so great!
