I saw this movie a long time ago, it's black and white. It's about a hobo who
enters the grounds of a mansion through a loose plank in the fence, and spends
the winters there as the owners are in their "winter home". He has his hobo
friends stay there to enjoy the Christmas season, when the owner returns to see
that people are in his house. The owner pretends to be a hobo also, so he can learn
what is going on. In the end he befriends the hobo, and tells him next year
(instead of the loose plank in the fense) he can come through the front door.
I've never seen the movie since, and have no idea of the title. Help?
