Been a long long time since I saw it but I really enjoyed it and would like to find it again. The story is about a young boy and his dog. The dog dies from poison and the young boy blames it on a neighbor who is very secretive. They live in a farming community and when cold weather is about to hit no one has oil to light the lamps to save the crops. the neighbor has some and the town folk are going to ask to use it but in the meantime the boy torches it to get back at the man. Turns out man had nothing to do with dog's poisoning. Would appreciate if any one knows! Thanks!
