Helen Walker...and an afternoon of Less Familiar Noirs

Couldn't agree with you more about Helen Walker. I first picked up on her in Nightmare Alley then a couple nights ago I saw Impact for the first time with her & Brian Donlevy. A fine little noirish movie. Walker's performance is just stunning. She was about as fatale as a femme can get. IMDb has a good bio on her that describes an unfortunate incident in the late '40s that her career didn't recover from. I'd like to know still more about her, tho. I have not seen My True Story either & am looking forward to it & the other noirs on Wednesday. Glad to see that someone else enjoys Helen Walker.
