In honor of Jan Sterling who passed away on the 26th of March, here is one line from her film "Ace in the Hole" directed by Billy Wilder that is a hoot. The 10th Anniversary date is April 14th. at which time TCM will treat us to a day of "Private Screenings" hosted by Robert Osborne. We wll get to see some of our old favorites getting interviewed again and I hope they repeat the one with Betty Hutton. I think we have to consider wheather TCM has at least some 20 odd films available in their library of when a star of the month is featured. I doubt that they have much on Thelma Ritter, Alan Ladd, Gene Tierney, Clifton Webb, Maureen O'Hara, Tyrone Power, Alice Faye, Bob Hope, Edmund Gwenn, Betty Hutton, Richard Widmark, Susan Hayward etc. etc. If TCM can obtain more films from 20th.
