  1. Classicsfan I've been using the dates of birth and death

    1916-1973 for a while now. Also the age (56) that the star was when he/she died in the posthumous section.

    I stopped the dates for a few weeks and I got a request to continue them, which I did.

    I'm glad this and the extended list of movies are helpful to you.

  9. I guess I better stop reading the newspaper since it appears I'm all screwed up. When Kazan died it read that he DID rat out Polonsky among others.

    It further fueled my speculatation when Kazan was awarded his special Oscar and many in the film colony was against it. Why?

    In any event I will always appreciate Kazan as a fine film director while I will doubt his integrity as a human being.
