zombie although Abbott & Costello made most of their films for Universal they were contracted out to make a few for MGM. Since "Thats Entertainment ll" is an MGM film its probable that the cotton routine in from one of their films made at MGM.
Here are a few that you can check out:

"Rio Rita"
I wold imagine that they are available to rent at the video store.
