  8. "The Fountainhead" with Cooper and the 22 year old Patricia Neal was torrid. His marriage was almost ruined by the affair he had with Patricia Neal. I am a fan of his just for his taste in women. Also for "Pride of the Yankees"....."Vera Cruz".....and of course "High Noon".

It was one of the greatest confrontations between characters in film history. I will always remember him in that role and the role I first saw him in "Shane'. What a talent and what push-ups he did when he won the Academy Award. Rest in Peace Jack, you were one of a kind, and we will never see the likes of you again! God Bless You. Aftermath

  18. The radio shows I remember as a kid were "Follow That Man" with Ralph Bellamy and "The Lone Ranger" with Bud Collyer (SP?) you know the guy that hosted "Beat the Clock" on television presented by Sylvania Television. I also remember my mother listening on the radio every afternoon to her "Radio Soap Operas" "Young Doctor Malone" with Sandy Becker and a show I think called "My Girl Friday" I loved the Bob & Ray show and to this day think the material and routines they did were hilarious! They were heads above any of the "Funny" DJ's they have on the radio today! How I miss them! "So wri
