  1. > Patrick Swayze in Next of Kin? You are Embarrassing Wrong ( Only Kidding) Mr. Crimson Pirate! Please try again "Hurry Hurry three shots for a Dollar!"
  2. What I don't understand is that it was popular to support Russia during World War 2 as they were our Allies. Most of the of the writers and actors who were dragged into the hearings were defending themselves for the support they gave to Russia during the War, not as when Winston Churchill said after the War ended an "Iron Curtain" dropped and started the "Cold War". It would be like today our support of Great Britain than ten years up the road they become our adversaries. Would they pull in every American who ever supported England? Aftermath

  5. > Randolph Scott / The Westerner ? > > Umm, cinemabuff...Gary Cooper in The Westerner, not > Scott. Your right filmlover and Tim McCoy was in the 1934 version of "The Westerner". Randolph Scott was in neither version. I am going to pick-it up with " Humphrey Bogart / To Have and Have Not" and follow that with................Lauen Bacall / How to Marry A Millionaire Aftermath
  6. Never mind I read Peter Finch in your previous post. Sorry I'll be back with another guess after some more thought! Message was edited by: aftermath

  8. > My favorites: > > #1- A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sim... > As a family, we love to watch A > Christmas Story. Hey Charlie T, go back and check my two favorite Christmas movies! You have some serious trouble because you picked the "Exact Two" that I did! We could get a special rate if we both sign up at the same time for "Group Therapy"

  16. > Is it possible for those of us to discuss the movies > on the Underground series without a bitching session > about the host? > > Is the problem that this forum serves both purposes? > If so, a problem will continue to arise. > > Solutions anyone? I like to diss Zombie and I for one shall continue. It is my right to voice my opinion and if you do not like it, it is your right to ignore my post. You use the term "****" we are not talking about "Lassie" who is a "****". We are talking about a disagreement of the new format that TCM has shoved down the throats of those of us who prefer "Classic Movies". Of course I can choose not to watch the "Gorilla", but I have the right to protest the new change and the time that was taken away from the "Classic" movie fans who on Friday nights used to watch a Cagney or Bogart movie in the same time slot. This country was built on protest's and as I mentioned before I am exercising that right and will continue to do so with or without your approval! Thank you!
  17. > A good candidate who showed interest in taking it > over was boardmember Wordmaster, who since has > vanished, possibly due to the negative atmosphere > around here lately. What "negative atmosphere" are you referring to Mongo?
  18. Tia Carrere! As I said before ,when she walks people in front of her should be tossing rose petals in the air. I would drink her bath water after she was finished! She is a rose in a valley of lilly's. God worked overtime for perfection when God created Tia Carrere! ( I kinda like her) Aftermath
  19. > I think the whole ape/Rob Zombie joke got old about a > week and a half ago... Your free to think whatever you like this is America. Being that it is America I am free to say whatever I want, so you have the choice to either read what I post or not to read what I post. God Bless America! And Rob Zombie is a "FREAKY GORILLA"!!!!!!!!
  20. > Oh Gosh Golly Gee Whiz! Could it be true, that Rob is > going to stick around and this isn't all going to end > in October?! I'm Soooo happy soooo, sorry MRSL & > Aftermath I have nothing against Rob Zombie. Two of my favorite movies are "King Kong" and "Mighty Joe Young". Those two look like Cary Grant compared to that "Freaky Gorilla" Rob Zombie!
