Pretty good with the exceptions of Brando and Laurel and Hardy ( One of my favorite Duo's). Jamie Lee Curtis was good in one scene in "Trading Places". When Dan Akryod walked in and you saw her Ta-Ta's! ( Nice) (Just kidding I remember your "High Noon" comment ). In "True Lies" I would rather had seen Tia Carrera ( She's Smokin') in the lead than Jamie! Aftermath

> Hmmm. My daughter, a college student and by no means > obssessive about classic movies, got this one. Right! Like the instructions on how to assemble something says "So easy a six year old can do it". But I'm not six years old!

That other one was a hard nut to crack! ( A time-filler yet). This involves two people. The first one said "In this world there are watchers and doer's. your a watcher and I'm a doer". The second person reply's "Well it's harder for me to watch what your doing when your doing it!" What two people said it and in what movie? ( A Double Header!) Aftermath

I've been envied for a few things in my life but never for seeing that movie on the Big Screen. LOL

A time filler? It will take another century to figure this one out for me. Could you toss me a bone with another clue? What a time filler not like the W.C. Fields post you guessed in 33 seconds.

Your right it caught me off guard. The thing I remember about that movie was it was a hot July day in 1963 and my friends and I to beat the heat went to the RKO Madison in Ridgewood Queens New York for air-conditioning and saw that movie three times with a God awful co-feature called "Reptilicus". What a way to beat the heat on a hot July day! Aftermath

Yes BeetleJuice!!!..Everyone can see Dick Cavett at his best swaying back and forth while sitting at the dinner table to the song "Day-O" what a horror! Such a great performance by Dick it puzzles me why he was not nominated for an academy award for his sterling performance in "BeetleJuice" HOOOOOOORAY for Dick Cavett who always hides his talents. He merits another HOOOOOOOORAY!!!!!!!!! Dick Cavett will save the world! "For he's a jolly good fellow for he's a jolly good fellow ..for he's a jolly good fellow and so say ALL OF US" Aftermath

Saw her the other night in an interview with Robert Osborne. At first couldn't stand her brash singing but as years progressed discovered she had a unique technique. As Bob Hope said in a film clip of his radio show after Betty performed "He said Murder"... "She's a Walking Vitamin".

Saw Betty the other night on an interview with Robert Osborne and admired her candidness and real straight forward answers. She at times annoyed me with her brash singing but as years gone by learned to appreciate her technique and vitality when she sang. As Bob Hope said in a film clip that was shown in the interview she was "A walking Vitamin!

One showing of every serial in order of "Flash Gordon" with Larry "Buster Crabbe". I really miss seeing my favorite villain "Ming the Merciless" played by Charles Middleton!

I like Brando...Now my turn to get board member riled....."Leslie Howard"

> I'm wondering how Cindy Lauper got in that group? > She often dressed in vintage and thriftshop wear but > I don't remember her writhing on the floor Madonna > style or showing off her assets, Cher and Bob Mackie > style. > > Did I miss that phase of her career? > > Any help on that greatly appreciated. Cyndi dressed like the children did in "Mad Max Beyond ThunderDome". Boy George in my neighborhood had a great influence on how children dressed at the time! I remember back in 1964 The Beatles made a big impact when they first stated out but wearing no neck collar suits with even the girls wearing them. Elvis and James Dean brought back the tight-Jeans look. Marlon Brando with his picture "The Wild One" sparked the come back of wearing motorcycle jackets! The fashion show is now over!

Brad your going to have to accept the fact that man has been complaining since the prehistoric days. Sometime we have no choice but to tolerate certain things and "Deaf Ear" it. What is a day without a good complaint? Those who don't complain end up with a peptic ulcer or nervous breakdown. Why do you think Corporations ( Usually Department Stores) Have "Complaint Departments". Let them go sooner or later they will find something else to complain about and drop the Zombie! By the way stop complaining about the Zombie thread! Aftermath
