As I ride the Trains in New York City and eavesdrop on peoples conversations, I realize that people are happy when they complain about their children/boss/jobs/neighbors/New York Yankees/President Bush/rising cost of gas/music/mother-in-laws and on and on and on. Then they say "Have a Nice Weekend". Why spoil our fun? People love to complain and to take that away from them will make them complain even more! Aftermath

Can I request? - 1. - Brigitte Bardot ( As a Blonde & Brunette ) 2. - Tuesday Weld & 3. - Ursula Andress... That would make me happy

> Did FRANKENSTEIN VERSUS > THE WOLFMAN come out before or after FRANKENSTEIN > MEETS THE WOLFMAN?--That's just a joke. I chose the eloquent way of saying it!

What a wonderful thread. This is what TCM Message boards should be all about. Not name calling - nit picking - misinterpretations of innocent comments etc. This is Brooklyn ingenuity at it's finest. Fantastic and Entertaining. My heartfelt thanks jdb1, you have restored my faith of the TCM message board and if you can continue this wonderful thread a safe haven for me whenever I come across an out of line reply from a potential numbskull. You are truly creative and my hat's off to you for coming up with this fantastic thread. Thank You!

> I've come to the conclusion that OW and company were > just trying to live up to other Albert Zugsmith > productions...and they did a damn fine job. Zugsmith's "Sex Kittens Go to College" made in 1960 wasn't as bad as "Touch of Evil"

Sorry, I can't stand this film. It looks like somebody dropped the script and didn't have the time or effort to put it back correctly. Dennis Weaver's "performance" is a joke. Someone mentioned he took pot to play his role....I think he was told to act like a "Crack-Pot". I know many will disagree but I stand by my opinion and will not be influenced when I say this movie stinks! Aftermath

Walter Brennan..besides winning a few oscars, co-starred in classic movies like.. "Bad Day at Black Rock"...."My Darling Clemintine"...."The Pride of the Yankees"..."Sergeant York"......."Meet John Doe"....."To Have and Have Not"...."Northwest Passage"......"Rio Bravo" etc. Also had a big hit series on television in the fifty's..."The Real McCoy's". None better than Walter Brennan, who in my opinion deserves a "Month" of movies on TCM!

I didn't mean to be rude . Probably went overboard with my comment ( I did say "Maybe" it's optional to each reader). I just don't like RZ but should have expressed it in a milder fashion. I didn't mean to offend you and offer my sincere apology. Also if we couldn't / didn't voice a different opinion we all would still be under British domination. This is one of our basic freedoms in America. Message was edited by: aftermath

> Dead, I am the one, exterminating son > Slipping through the trees, strangling in the breeze > Dead I am the sky, watching angels cry > While they slowly, turn conquering the worm > > Song: Dragula by Rob Zombie > Removed tasteless comment but I think he's still a freaky Gorilla! I was a big Robert Taylor fan till I saw film clips of his testimony naming Howard DaSilva a Communist. From that point on I consider Robert Taylor a gutless creep! Aftermath
