If your going to lie in confession you are defeating the purpose. I went to Catholic School and got whacked a number of times by the nuns because I use to ask why go to confession when you pray directly to God. Isn't the priest the middle man? Well they told me the priest was God while in the confession booth. But when it came time for the yearly Bazaar this priest was belting them down at the beer bar set up and was loud and obnoxious. I went through the motions while attending parochial school but as soon as I got out of there I went directly to the source GOD. Sorry I don't believe in middle men I go directly to the source. Also how can priests give marriage advice when they are forbidden to marry and have no idea what marriage is about? Food for thought? I think so!

Never knew Gale Storm made movies. I also remember "My Little Margie" with Charley Farrell I believe playing her father. I remember her big hit in the 50's "Come down From your Ivory Tower." What we need more is a series of this type on television today instead of the graphic "CSI" series. We need to laugh more not see violent crimes and graphic autopsy's it's better to leave that to Rob Zombie instead!

I watch Cavett's show strictly for his guests. Cavett is one of the biggest pompous **** who thinks he's hip but is really a ****-poor interviewer. He has nothing over Robert Osborne who know his facts without referring to his cards prepared by his staff like Cavett does. The only thing that Cavett was consistent about in all his years on television was his ability to fail in several shows. I met him in person once and he stuck his nose up in the air when I greeted him and kept walking. In other words he is a no-talent pompous jerk who's best performance was in the film "BeetleJuice" when he swayed back and forth at the dinner table to the song Day-O. He should taken a crash course in the Robert Osborne school of how to properly interview a star. In other words Dick Cavett sucks big time and is a notch above the other ****-kisser who never asked difficult questions to his guests Larry King. The opinion I express is mine and it's from many years of observation of Mister I'm better than you Dick Cavett the friggin creep.

I like his money and his family connection. God smiled on him and he is one of His favorites. I always like people who were born with a gold spoon in their mouth and have connections to get great jobs because of their family name. Ben is the boy next store if you happen to live in Beverly Hills. God Bless Him he deserves everything that has come to him after all he probably had to show up once so they would make sure he didn't look like a bumbling idiot with Frankenstein Features! He really applied himself with his Uncle's help to get the host job. More power to him it takes a lot of effort to be a name-dropper!

I felt the same way when "The Wiz" closed down ... it looks like QVC and HSN are knocking all Video outlets and Department stores out of the picture. Now I'm waiting for Sears to collapse next. Shopping on E-Bay also is a killer for these stores. Who wants to leave home when you can order your merchandise while sitting on your fat **** ( Not You) instead of going out and getting fresh air?

Ken you are a very fine gentlemen, I've read your previous posts and how you hate the Yankees and you are a better man than I for letting me get off the hook so easy. I hope the Cubs win the Series next year because I know the last time it was 1945 and I relate to your frustrations because I am a New York Ranger Fan and my team waited from 1941 to 1994 to win the Stanley Cup! Good Luck to you next season and if you want Alex Rodriguez to help your team your welcome to the no good bum!

As previously posted my hobby is still collecting 50's and 60's records. I'm going to a garage sale this weekend and hope to make a killing of vintage records from unsuspecting people who think there selling crap to me.

I liked the Beatles and they were the trend setters of today's music which I now hate. The song "In My Life" written by John Lennon to me (My opinion) was one of the greatest songs ever written and recorded. I noticed you are from Texas and don't expect you to get past Ernest Tubb..Buck Owens..Hank Snow & Williams and Tex Ritter with the **** kicking sound of the Cowboy tunes so I will disregard your comments you made of the Beatles. The only good singer from the South the past 60 years was the "King" of Rock and Roll..Elvis Presley. Ferlin Huskey and Eddie Arnold couldn't even carry the instruments of the Beatles because they were the best. Elvis was the top solo artist of all times that's about the only good country and western aside form the "Killer" Jerry Lee Lewis who merits any consideration. And that's solely my opinion like it our not. Also the television show Hee-Haw Sucked! All the western songs I've ever heard were about drinking and losing their woman. The only real western songs I liked in the past 25 years ( 3 of them) were "The Gambler (Kenny Rodgers)..."Take this Job and Shove it" ( Johnny Pacycheck) and "She Got the Gold Mine and I got the Shaft ( Forgot Singer) all the rest was crap! Your neck getting red? Like I said I am entitled to my opinion it's the American Way!........................... NOTE!.... What a major gaffe I thought you were talking about the Beatles not the "Beetles" (BUGS) ( By gosh I apologize but still stand behind my statement in case someone out there is a wrangler who prefers "Country and Western" as opposed to the Beatles. Brad being a Texas Ranger Fan who can understand my error because your team the Rangers excels in errors this season and you have to be use to them.
