When I was a kid, (late 40s-early 50s) there was a gentleman who produced shorts that featured animals that were supposedly talking and/or singing. The one I remember the most was one where a group of cows were singing "Cow Cow Boogie." Can anyone tell me the name of the creator? I have tried to google the info to no avail. I knew his name at one time, but alas, CRS has set in.
