I'm looking for the title of an old black & white move. I remember: a scientist (husband), the wife who believed he was dead and in home laboratory explosion. Instead of words, "The End" it was, "sweet (or pleasant) dreams". I have the feeling she was involved in his "death" and he was secretly mentally torturing her maybe with ghostly images of himself? I was very young...but would like to see the movie again. Thanks!
