Black and white movie. Family vacation, with teenage son. Vacation home is haunted by several ghost. Son befriends a girl from the town who can communicate with the ghost. Side plot is father has boss or uncle who is rich and owns a yacht, which the ghost keep sinking. in the end the Uncle drowns and turns into one of the ghost. It is actually a funny/nice film , not a horror story.
