I saw a movie several years ago that I think had Christopher Plummer in it. All I can remember about it was that he played a bad guy. In one scene he looks through a mail slot in a door to see the person he is chasing (I remember his blue eyes through the slot). There may have been a scene with a body part in an aquarium too (arm/hand or head maybe?). If anyone knows the name of the movie, I would be most grateful!
