Vallo you know of hundreds of movies that are set in Iowa City, Iowa? If you could name one, you would probably have the answer to my original question. And no, it wasn't about the Sullivan brothers. They were from Waterloo, Iowa. I am sure that it was a black and white movie about a family from Iowa City.

Not really. Seems to me that it was a lightweight family drama/comedy. The only odd circumstance was that it was set in Iowa City, Iowa, where I had lived. How many of those are there?

Back in the mid-eighties, I caught a movie on either HBO or Cinemax and I have been trying to figure out the name of the movie ever since. It was a late 40's-early 50's B&W film that took place almost entirely in Iowa City. Anyone have a clue as to what movie I might be seeking?
