The reason I asked is that there is a logo in use there that looks like it is part of TCM - the man with a cap on carrying a roll of film. I could be wrong, though. Thanks.

This is how desperate I am getting - I am going to give advice (which probably won't work) on how I have had luck logging in. It may have been a fluke, but it's worked a couple of times. I sign in and then *real quick*, before it goes away, I click on the PM icon on the right side of the screen. This may take a few times to "catch" it. Anyway, it's worked a few times for me - the signon connects and I am able to post. Who knows? Maybe I'm imagining things at this point. At least we have this particular thread to vent - for now.

This is off the frustration topic, but I was under the impression that anytime a post was edited, a notation was made at the bottom of the post. If you chose to delete the notation "edited by", there was still a notation left at the bottom - "null" Is this correct? Thanks, to anyone who knows and answers. Thanks, scsu!

Kyle, thanks for posting these. They are pieces of history that I did not know existed. It shows the background of activity and involvement at home (U.S.) during WWI.

If I spent any more time at other sites, I would just give up, as many apparently have.
