Sounds good to me! I'll get copying ASAP.
I hope you don't mind, but I don't have a printed cover for the DVDs. I'm not that good, lol, but I'll make sure it's in perfect condition

-
I hope I have the bio you're looking for, Angie. I'm not quite sure if there are two versions...
And Variety Girl I will try and copy, though if I'm not able to, I can show you how to download the clip, and all that, because it's from YouTube. It's only about 10 minutes long so it's hardly worth an entire movie--I don't wanna jip ya'.
But if I have 4 movies you need, and you only have three to trade, I'll throw in an extra just because you guys are so great. I really think this is a blast--that is if we don't get everything screwed up! lol, Because with the way it's going messes are likely.
P.S. Thanks for all the eyecandy, Angie!

Wow, I seriously can't keep up with all of this, lol.
Between all of us, there's bound to be a little error. But I think I'll write down a list. I'll check mine, give the final: "PK, this is what you have, this is what I need." and "Miss G, this is what I have, this is what you need."
Because right now it's getting so jumbled up. Maybe we should all send each other PMs, lol. Giving a full list of what everyone has and needs and that way we can refer back to that in times of confusion.

Hi Mrs. C---Thanks for that info; and I have one more question---what is a "Proboard"?
This is a proboard:
http://levitchcrocetti.proboards105.com/index.cgi
It's just a forum to share and chat about your favorite interests.
So when you upload images through imageshack, it looks like this:
And from photobucket:
So the imageshack shrinks it down so the page can load faster.
It may not look so bad, but when you're going on an all out Coop rampage and you're posting HUGE photos, imageshack is a nice tool to have.
Though imageshack doesn't just upload thumbnails, it also supports everything photobucket has, but I've also just found out that photobucket uses the same tool (thumbnails) but it takes a little time to discover, because it's tucked away into a back corner.
Imageshack is kind of a neusance because you can only upload one photo at a time, whereas with photobucket you can upload 20 at a time.
lol, I know I'm confusing you guys, but I still haven't figured out which is best, but for proboard purposes, go with imageshack, for everything else...use photobucket.

Ladies, I don't think I can join you in MSN because the computers at my office block IMs and I don't always get back on here in the evenings. However, I hope you will not abandon this thread and I will be with you in spirit.
That's all right Miss, we understand! This'll work just fine! I just have to make sure to check this thread every other hour! lol, I got off the computer last night about 1, then got on here this morning at 11 and gosh! I missed over 30 posts!
But if I miss anything really important (trading information), just email me, lol, because I tend to get lost very easily. Like a lost child in a toy store...
-
I love the drawing! That's so cool that your friend did that for you! Mrs. Cooper---ha ha!! We may have to become Mormons so he can have multiple wives.
lol, No kidding! At least there's a smaller amount of us here. I guess I'm both happy and sad about the fact that not very many know Gary. I mean, in one way...no one understands what kind of class a man SHOULD be. And on the other hand...I get really possessive and snap at anyone who goes, "Oh...yeah, he's a looker! Meeeeow!" I don't mind it if they're a REAL fan. But when they say that and then go, "Oh, yeah, but Brad Pitt's so much hotter". THAT makes me wanna pick up my ax and do a little weeding.
Anyways, thanks for the comment on the drawing! My friend Selenia did that because I kept begging. She finally gave in and gave me the, "you should seriously consider meds" look.
But oh well, at least I have it now!

-
I have never been so confused in my life, but you know what? It's worth it. We'll get through it pallies!
In response to MissGoddess's responses:
"I have a feeling that is going to be a problem for me too one day! It's so addictive (I need another "vice", like I need a hole in the head! lol!) I saw "Imageshack" for the first time while looking at your DOOMSDAY pix---is it more complicated than photobucket? And one question about photobucket---besides creating separate "albums", is there no other way to organize our pix? Thanks, Coopsgal."
Actually, imageshack is easier to work than photobucket, in the sense that you use it from a proboard, BUT, if you just want to upload images say to myspace, send to a friend, use a URL, then photobucket is the way to go, 100%. BUT also, if you have more than one account you're liable for deletion, so in another sense, imageshack is the best choice (again, that's if you upload all your images to a proboard, you'll have them available directly, without the fear of the photobucket police tailin' ya').
Sorry to confuse any of you, it's been a very confusing morning!
Also, the Doomsday images I had put up on my proboard came out completely wrong. I have been using my laptop for weeks and now just last night I had jumped onto my regular computer. And boy oh boy! The pictures were a mile long! Not that I mind a mile long Gary, but it was very difficult to manage! So I changed it last night into a chart, so instead of

It's now,

Just send me a message of what you guys need and we can work out a trade, because I'm trying to piece all this stuff together and my mind's deflated :-/
Girl, I'll trade ya'
His woman for Nevada
North West Mounted Police for Only the Brave
Today we Live for City Streets
But *sigh* I could never trade in my Dean Martin for two Como's and a Bing.
(Sorry, very random joke that runs into my head when I trade
) -
Awww, at least I have others, lol.
Which ones do you need from me? Just that one Bio?
-
Wow, after I changed my name it deleted all my saved info. (My bio, email, PMs, sent messages, number of posts, saved threads, date registered. EVERYTHING) Grrr, WHAT happened?!
-
I changed my name so it'll be easier to tell Angie and I apart, lol.
All right, a list of the movies that I have that are DVD-R:

Well, there is a way we can chat on MSN, that is, if Angie has MSN. You can have as many people chatting in one box as you'd like and there's no delay...
I love this thread, but I don't visit it EVERYDAY and it's easy to get lost amongst the posts. But if it works for everyone else, I will try my best!

Yeah, there are two bios, (I'm pretty sure. I haven't seen the BIO channel one in sooo long, but if you have cable you'll be able to see it yourself, that way you don't have to go through the trouble of trading for that one...)
-
*Squeals, jumping up and down, spinning in her chair* Eeeeeee! It's GORGEOUS, PK. Thanks!!
*Stops and swoons* Ooooh, the beautiful man...
I want photoshop so badly but I fear I may not know how to work it! Is it as hard as it looks?
I once downloaded some strange product and couldn't even use it because it was laid out so awkwardly and had WAYYY too many options that really didn't make any sense.
By the way, I just added ya', PK

-
Yeah, bartering between the three of us! That could be fun!
Do either of you have MSN? (Mine is lasooo@hotmail.com)
Which Bio are you talking about? The BIO channel one or the "Gary Cooper - American Legend?"
The American Legend one is on Gary's signature collection and the BIO channel one is on March 28th, 6pm (Central).
-
-
Awww, that would be great Angie! Thanks so much!
-
-
lol, I'm glad you guys sucked me back in, too. I started getting that feeling of being all alone in my obsession. But this place gives me warm fuzzies all over

Oh well, I can't change my name, sorry Girl, I know you had your name long before I came along; I should have made sure there weren't doubles. But you can call me Kim; it'll make it less confusing (I usually say Mrs. Cooper but in this place I feel as though I may be beat to death with a stick. "He's MINE!" So Kim's just fine...)
I just spoke with CooperFanDan and he has great movies to trade, but sadly has all the ones I'm willing to trade

I've seen 50 movies so far but I still have a ways to go...anyone have any earlier-mid films? (Around '26 - '40?)
Here's my list of all the films I have:
The Winning of Barbara Worth
Doomsday

Oh, by the way, I just uploaded the first 10 minutes of Barbara Worth:
http://4.upload.dailymotion.com/MrsCooper/video/x1c8ao_doomsdayavi
(I JUST uploaded a couple minutes ago, so I think we have to give it time)
Also, a couple others:
, (from Google vid) -
I noticed there are two, "Coopsgal","Coopsgirl" I'mma gonna change mine right now....
But I don't mind at all! There needs to be MORE photoshopped images of Gary; not a lot of people really colorize or photoshop the images...But go ahead, take as many as you'd like, that's what they're there for.
I used to post early/mid December but I got so busy I stopped altogether.
I sure did miss you girls!
-
Awww, I know. I love those photos. He really was a sweetheart. What gets me everytime is that shy chuckle of his *swoons* He's just so amazingly perfect in every way...
I just recently exceeded my photobucket limit by 3 thousand, lol. I have to keep making new accounts but I was speaking with my friend and she said they they can delete them if they find it, so I'm now using imagshack and uploading thumbnails so the overly large photos will downsize and upload faster on the proboard. It works wonderfully, but it sure does take time to go through it all.
-
Well, my pally Megg goes "I don't see what's so great about him, I mean, the only reason why I like him is beacause of the ring."
Believe me...his ring is the last thing on my mind.
Maybe I should seriously consider banning people for not liking this man.
"Oh, you don't like Gary? I'm sorry *presses the ban button and the member goes flying into a cage full of lions*
I'm really sorry you don't have good taste in men...it saddens me, really."
I told this one guy, though, (jokingly) if he didn't like Gary I'd put him in a box.
He told me he likes Gary now...only because he couldn't breath in the box. I told him I wanted to keep him in there to see what would happen, he said he'd die and I was like, "yeah, but after you're dead we'll diesect ya'...and you're all for science, right? I mean, you like school...why would you deprive poor homeschoolers the chance to learn, Phil...why?"
And he was like..."tee hee...you're funny"
Oooooh Phil..*sigh* If you only knew.
-
Thanks Miss!
I've been trying to dig my way out of the mess of photos I've saved onto my laptop. You know you're obsessed when you've saved so many photos that the warning message, "CAUTION! Low disk space...abandon ship!" begins to flash alarmingly fast.
It is so strange to watch Doomsday and then watch "The Real West".
Ooooooh, the beautiful man, AKA...the Turbinator
...*takes back her drool bucket and sighs* -
*Hands girl the drool bucket* No problem, pally!
It's hard to spend all this time uploading Gary photos and no one on the board likes him! They're all like, "all right, kid, he's not THAT great looking" and they won't take the time to look over the photos! But grrrrr, if only people actually realized how amazing this feller is, the world would be a betty place, lol.
I'm in Gary's hotel room until he kicks me out

-
All right, I've spent the last 2 weeks scrounging around in the very depths of google for Gary photos and I've finally come to an amount I'm satisfied with--it's a frightening number, but I've FINALLY uploaded them all onto my proboard. I'm in the middle of uploading 224 screenshots from 'Doomsday' and resizing the photos so they upload faster.
Now onto the others! *Sigh* If only I could pay someone to do all this work for me, lol.
Oh well, all those in need of a good Coop fix, here ya' go!
