Hi Susan, I went to your website recently love the new screen savers but i couldn't decide which one to use as my desktop allthe pictures are fabulous! Of our Frances Dee I had tears in my eyes looking at the "older" pictures of Joel & Frances the way they are holding on to each other in their advanced years shows so much tenderness and years of deep love! We all should be so blessed! Keep posting love all your posts read them all the time just at that particular moment i have nothing to add to the discussions but when i have something to say i will and so will many other posters. take care lolite.

several moments come to mind: In Bill of Divorcement when Kate Hepburn sees John Barrymore for the first time and says: "I Think i'm your daughter" puts tears in my eyes everytime!.... Also the movie "BornFree" the whole movie to me is memorable!.....my little elsa!..... And last but not least "ON Golden Pond" when Henry Fonda is telling Kate Hepburn why he came back so fast from the old post road he got scared he couldn't remember where he was and had to hurry back to her .... and then Kate says: After lunch were gonna go back to the old post road you've been there a dozen times and away were gonna go, go, go, a touching scene, a memorable one and pure kate all the way!.....

Yes, ken William "stage " Boyd was excellent in "Lost City" i heard through another serial fan i know that he was ill while making this serial it was his last.... in some scenes he was too ill and had a stand in for some of his scenes i hope this is just rumor and not true it would be just so sad for such a fine character actor as himself.....Love Bunny the elephant! soooooo sorry to hear about the trailer fire. You would think someone would've watched over bunny more carefully with being apart of the film industry.... Frances Gifford was never the same after her car accident such tragic circumstances for animals & people with such productive lives ahead. thanks ken for the sharing of these trivia tibits lolite.

John i would like to send my deepest condolences on the passing of your mother Ruth Hussey her talent and wit on screen brought all her characters to life. Her role in "The philadelphia Story" was top notch along side Kate Hepburn your mom held her own in that film with kate. Also in "The Invited" she was excellent as Ray Milland's sister trying to keep the spirits at bay!...Love and condolences to your sister as well she will be thought of fondly everytime i watch these films lolite...
