  1. "Misty" was a good movie & tcm can show it pan&scan or anyway they are able to it's ok by me. By the way i taped it for future watching. Thanks tcm for airing it appreciate it. Brought back wonderful memories of childhood when i first saw it.
  2. "What a wonderful nite on tcm last nite !!........ "Ragman" was excellent with Linda Martinez's score she captured the essence of the film so well that you didn't even have to watch the film just close your eyes, listen to the film through Linda's score please show an encore presentation soon !.....Congrats Linda wonderful job your score made my nite in a dreary wintertime thank You! Looking with antiscipation to your next score and many scores to come in the future !.........
  3. yes classicsfan i too have taping capabilities i taped "Come back Little Sheba" isn't Shirley Booth great in it also taped "Man of a thoundsand faces"love them both were so fortunate to have tcm.James Cagney in my mind got this oscar for this movie i can pretend can't i? By the way if any body knows who won the year this movie "A man of a thoundsand faces " came out thank you have a nice day.
  4. I will miss Ann on tcm always looked forward to her input about the ole days of Hollywood.She was never too busy to help on tcm THANKS ANN!.........and don't call her a hoofer! SHE WAS A BRIGHT SHINING STAR!.......... But she would probably say "Please honey i'm just a hoofer that earned her bread & butter dancing thank god! and thank god she did love her, love her,love her.
  5. I use to wake up in the mornings to captain kangeroo and mr. GreenJeans with my bowl of cereal in front of the t.v. while my folks were still in bed.After the show was over i'd jump on the bed and wake them up ha-ha but that's another story!thanks for teaching me the following:colors, numbers, reading me stories that i made my mom go out and buy the very next day!..... plus kindness to people and animals, patience, courtesy, politeness. thanks for the respect of calling us children not kids I SALUTE YOU CAPTAIN & THANKS FOR BRINGING US CHILDREN UP RIGHT!!!!!................

  9. better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Better than being a rich lonely spinister that's a sad ending to any body's life movie or not. Catherine should have given Morris a chance dispite his faults of wanting her money. His companionship, a husband,someone to share her life with instead of being alone. Besides all the men entering her life after Morris may want the same thing her money! Catherine wouldn't have her pick of men anymore she's no longer a spring chicken!.......

The movie : "Born Free " tcm showed it the other nite needed a box of kleenex to get throught it made in 1966 the original is the best sequels have occured that are next to nothing it is now out on dvd i'm gonna get me a copy. Interesting story have a pet cat no bigger than a black snowball name her elisa til i take pet cat to the vet for the first time guess what my beloved elisa is a male cat the vet told me honestly ! So elisa's name changed to baby, but atlas deep down baby will still be my elisa!!.......
  13. the celebrity i would want to be stranded on a island with would be Tom Hanks because he's gotten off of an island before and he would know how! Because i don't want too stay on no island and thats all i got to say on that subject!(as Forrest Gump would say) Hee-Hee.
