If you would like to know the names of all actors who have died in any particular year, you can find that on the IMDB site. Try http://www.imdb.com/Sections/Years/ then choose the year you want. If you click on 2006 you will get a page that says “In This Year … 2006.” Look to the left of the page and there is a list of what you can request for that year. Choose “Deaths” and you will see every actor who ever was credited with an acting role that died in 2006.
