  1. Bingo. Want to take a turn?
  2. No takers for 3 days; I'll try one. The actors are brothers, and the characters are brothers. Both characters are musicians -- pianists. Things come to a head, and they have a hillarious fight in an alley. Both try to fight without hurting their hands. This means a lot of grab-by-the-lapels-and-throw-over-the-trashcans action. In fact, the winner is the one who gets hold of his brother's hand and bends the pinky backwards. It's an instant submission hold. _Who? What film?_
  3. Tree, Shady -- Leonard Barr in *Diamonds Are Forever*
  4. "Get it right this time, damnit! Remember what happened to Shimp! Besides, we need this first down!" Message was edited by: cmvgor
  5. Quantrill, William Clark -- Brian Donlevy in *Kansas Raiders*
  6. BRIT -- Changing room AMER -- Locker room (or for baseball) Clubhouse
  7. Sorry about the delay; my friend here was away with an _expensive_ virus for a while. I still have hopes for this one. The movie was possibly the best of the "switched personalaties" franchise in the late 1980s. The actor giving the line was awarded an Oscar late in his career.
  8. Negative re *Society*. The actor giving the speech got an Oscar for his performance in another film.
  9. Elkins, *Alfie* -- 1996 title role for Michael Caine.
  10. This has lasted long enough. The "Workers" quote is from the delightful "Rena", played by _Svetlana Efremova_ in what may have been the only light passage of *White Oleander* (2002). Here's another: "...actually its from Robert Morley; 'Show me a man who says he enjoyed school, and I'll show you either a bully or a bore.' " * *..(Mr. Morley's filmography has a slightly different wording for this sentiment, but I'm citing a late '80s movie that uses the quote.)
  11. Bannister, Corey -- Robert J. Wilke in *The Cheyenne Social Club*.
  12. *X, Madam*, aka Jacqueline Floriot -- 1929 Title role for Ruth Chatterton.
  13. Murray. Suzanna and Michael. (Actually seeking the same response as when I entered "Michael and Jeff'".)
  14. > "Workers of the world, arise. You've got nothing to lose but Visa card, Happy Meal and Kotex with wings." > > Who? What film? (Spelling counts.) Another clue: In addition to 21st Century title, think of a colorful title.
  15. Extra clue re the 'Workers' quote: The movie was made in the present century.
  16. Vere, Captain Edward Fairfax -- Peter Ustinov in *Billy Budd*, 1962.
  17. *Mr. Majestyk* ?? Is it a documentary?
  18. Thumper -- Tina Parks (uncredited) in *Diamonds Are Forever*.
  19. Still with law-enforcement and espionage terms: BRIT -- Legend. AMER -- Cover story. Applied to false identity, sometimes complete with forged documents and with false information planted in official records. Meant to stand up to a background check.
