Annie, that quote is pretty generic, and it is not to be found on any of the "quote" sites that I'm aware of. Could you offer more info as to source, timing, etc.?

Actor/narrator did more work in TV than in theatrical fare. And probably did more work in directing and producing than he did on camera.

1960s. B&W. Story covered a view of certain events during and after WWII. Factual enough that a lawsuit resulted, and an out-of-court settlement was reached. But the movie still aired. The same star/character/narrater made commentary throughout the film.
