Can anybody identify the short that played 4/24/03 between Hell's Heroes and The Young Stranger? It featured an African-American guy dancing...keeping his upper body still while moving his legs like nobody's business. It also had some guy doing some opera singing as well as slapstick...I appreciate your help.
