I've been whacking my brains out trying to find an old movie, could be 40's, about 4 or 5 women who have been shaved bald and sent out of thier town disgraced for a minor crime they committed. These women struggle through their disgrace but survive. I'm not sure if they are Polish, but have accents in the movie. I don't remember if it's in Black & White or not. I don't even know who stared in it, I feel that Anthony Quinn may have been in it. If this is familiar to you I would really appreciate a title. Thanks so much!
