There was a young woman who's mother died. Her father was just remarried I think. She hated her step-mother.
She was in love with...the mechanic, but he didn't love her(I think...)
She killed her step mother by rigging the car to drive backwards off the cliff, and accidentally her father also, who decided to go with his wife, last minute.
In court, they proved her innocent, although she knew she wasn't. She wanted to confess, her lawyer wouldn't let her. Oh, the guy married her,..I don't remember why.
Then he was going to leave. She asked if she could drive him to the airport, he let her, she drove them both off the cliff.
I've been dying to know which movie this is. It was b&w.
