  1. Thanks Di. What you wrote rings true to me. The actors (actress) sounds right too. I would like to find a copy of this film to buy (DVD). I haven't seen it in years, but it made a lasting impression on me. I suspect it was the music that did it. I look forward to seeing it again. Thank you so much for responding so promptly.   2. I would like to know the film name of a 1940 through 1960 film (I think) where the main character a man is visiting Europe and has an accident. He is listed as dead. He either has amnesia or in some way stays in Europe (I think Italy). He falls in love with a concert pianist. He later remembers he is married and eventually returns to the USA and to his wife. The music is beautiful all through the film. I thought the name of the film was "September Song" but can't find it. The concert pianist plays beautiful Rachmaninoff selections and it melds into September song. It is on the order of "An Affair to Remember" but has a bittersweet ending. Thanks
