i need help. what is the name of the movie from the late 30's or 40's where the little girl is killing people in her apatment building to hide something. her mother is apparenty ill and she's doing it because of this . At the end of the movie she is zapped by lightning trying to retrieve a piece of evidence at the end of a dock at a lake .
