[Looking for "The Invisible Menace"]

If anyone could help me locate a copy of the 1938 film "The Invisible Menace" I would be very grateful. It was directed by John Farrow and I'm not sure if it has been released on VHS or DVD. [Wide Screen Films Not Shown in Letterbox]

Why are some films that were filmed originally in wide screen shown in the full screen format and not letterboxed? "Around the World in 80 Days" and some other films that were shot in the late 1950's that were filmed in wide screen format show up on TCM in full screen. Are the wide screen versions not available? Thank you.

If anyone could let me know when the short "The Case Against the 20% Tax on Theaters" will be aired again , I would be very grateful. This short was produced in 1953 by the Cooper Theater chain.
