I watched a movie several years ago. I can't remember much about it other than. A young girl goes to live with her aunt and uncles family. The aunt isn't very good to her. and at the end of the movie (which is set during a war) She returns to their home which has been burnt during bombing and then she is walking through the street and starts to cross a bridge, a man dives over her to save her from dying because a bomb goes off. I know lot of information but its been fifteen years since i've seen it. It came on AMC probably in 1990 or 91. I have tried to find it for years and figured this would be my best opportunity.
