The first one I saw was Japanese. It had a woman and some kids in it, and it was about aliens. The one thing I can remember about it was that the woman would always say "Johnny, don't do (or touch etc) that" and one of the robots would say "I don't care!". I saw it when I was seven, so I can't remember the title. What was it?

Okay, maybe I jumped to a hasty conclusion. I saw him only in Rooster Cogburn, and now I understand why Dad left the video with us when he left.
-
I actually caught Son of the Pink Panther at the end, and I wasn't too impressed with what I saw.
-
*smacks Cinemascope upside the head* I mean, what was the specific reason?
-
Yeah . . . you know, I feel much better now that I've gotten THAT off my chest.
-
Yes . . . *sniff* malkat sorry. She screwed up bigtime . . .

Blazing Saddles. It injects the real story of the West into fiction, which makes it far superior to the "traditional" Westerns.
-
Wow, I didn't know he committed suicide . . . do you know why?
-
John Wayne was a horrible actor. I'd like to read comments on this.

Last September, I checked out the new Pink Panther movie at the local library . . . and loved it. *throws herself down on her knees* I DIDN'T KNOW! I HADN'T SEEN ANY OF THE OTHER MOVIES! I HAD NOTHING TO COMPARE IT WITH! *sobs quietly* I thought it was hilarious . . . and then I started reading reviews from others. What a wake-up call . . . *head down* I'm sorry.

I watched it in my tenth grade English class because we were reading the book. I thought it was wonderful, but I would still like to see the original sometime. Just to compare.
-
Yeah, I know. I recorded The King and I on AMC once, and I had to keep going through commercials. It was annoying as heck!
-
Oh, another one I forgot: Overdrawn at the Memory Bank.
-
Well . . . he was good in Rain Man and Born on the Fourth of July, but that's as far as I'm willing to go when it comes to praising Tom Cruise.
-
Yeah, but try telling that to my family. They HATE that about me.
-
I'd like to compile a list of all the films shown on MST3K through the entire run. Here are some I've seen on it: The Girl in Gold Boots Parts: The Clonus Horror The Creeping Terror Bloodlust Catalina Caper I would also be interested to know reactions to the films.

I mean on the TV itself.

I want to see A Shot in the Dark, The Party, City Lights, and Young Frankenstein.
-
No particular order- the ballet in An American in Paris the prisoners marching in to "Go Down Moses" in Sullivan's Travels the singing of the French national anthem in Casablanca Gene Kelly singin' in the rain the barber's final speech in The Great Dictator Springtime For Hitler in The Producers

I bet Fairbanks, Pickford, and Chaplin are all rolling in their graves . . . is this any way to treat the dead?
-
Yeah, but it was a nice change of pace.
-
What would be more interesting is if they could somehow come up with a way for the viewers to rate movies. Like, say I had just seen Gone with the Wind. I could give it four out of five stars and the system would remember it next time. If only there was a way . . .

Man, I wish I had been around during the golden age of UA.
-
My favorite villain is Stephen Fisher in Foreign Correspondent. As a side note: I was glad to see George Sanders in a good guy role this time, after having seen him as a villain in Rebecca and The Ghost and Mrs. Muir.
-
Ugh . . . UA is gonna go RIGHT down the TOILET.
