  10. to my mind, the pointed-toe spiked heeled shoes are comparable to the old Japanese tradition of foot-binding: unnaturally restrictive, painful and unhealthy to the wearer, while mysteriously and condescendingly cruelly attractive to many the male onlooker. One of the last vestiges of Western female suppression.

  13. very good, right man, wrong movie. The film had memorable Saul Bass opening credits & an oscar nominated Elmer Bernstein/Mack David title song. (And some weird castiing choices)
