Yes. It was Something's Got to Give and it was a remake of My Favorite Wife. It was later filmed as Move Over, Darling starring Doris Day! As everyone knows, the movie was never finished. How much of Marilyn's nude swim that would have made it into the movie is questionable, but it was a huge publicity bonanza in magazines........
-
LOL. I think there was a Playboy lay out tie in........I think the movie got more publicity than bucks as due to the nudity it wasnt booked in too many places.....I'm sure it would be pretty tame by today's standards.......

Yes, I remember Promises, Promises (made before the musical. LOL) Was a lot of publicity over her nude bathtub scene. From what I heard the movie was pretty bad......
-

YES! It's silly the rights for Letty Lynton have been tied up so long.
-
Sound and the Fury bears little resemblance to the book either (I gave up on Faulkner after that) I thought the movie was pretty bad (I remember Joanne Woodward was in it) Since it's Fox, it hasnt turned up on TCM........
-

The old gal is still kicking at 90 plus something (has anyone discovered her real age?) and only one leg!
Maybe she'll be watching it tonight. Whatever movie claims to fame does she have, but this and Moulin Rouge?
